Upon your purchase of a digital item. E.g. Fitness Program, Diet Plan, etc. You will receive an email automatically with your product you ordered. If you order an item which requires us to work to customise it, we will get in contact within 48 hours to ask you required questions for us to fulfil our work.

If you order a physical item. E.g. a JNM jumper. Your item can take up to 7 working days to be delivered.

Lastly, if you subscribe to a monthly plan, our football mentoring service. You will receive and email automatically with instructions on what to do next. You will be informed to contact us on WhatsApp, where will start the work on the plan you ordered.
