How long will I have access to PPP 2.0 for?
How quickly do I get access?
You get instant access to our platform, your coaches, and the starter worksheet.
The first set of program regimes are sent on your 2nd day.
Are the programs pre-made or customised?
You start with a pre-made template outline to follow for 2-3 weeks to prepare your body for the tougher work to come.
During this period, we get to know you better so we have all the knowledge we need to build your customised regime.
After this 2-3 week period, we create you a full set of custom nutrition, gym workout, training and recovery program.
Not to mention any special type of program you can request any time.
Is there a limit to my programs?
NO.
You can request a program update at any time.
All of your programs can be updated an unlimited amount of times.
I don't have clips, can I still join?
YES.
Around 50% of the players in the program join without any clips.
For you, we'll do what we can with the CV alone and in the meantime, we'll figure out a strategy to try and get you clips.
That can be as simple as asking a friend or family member to recording some clips with your phone.
