1. Overview
JNM Football operates a referral programme that allows eligible members to earn a cash reward by referring new customers to our programmes. By participating in the referral programme, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the referral programme, you must:
- Be a current active member of a JNM Football programme
- Have a valid account in the JNM Player Portal
- Register for the referral programme at af.uppromote.com/JNMFootball/register to receive your unique referral link
Former members or individuals who have not purchased a JNM Football programme are not eligible to refer.
3. How Referrals Work
A referral is valid when:
- A new customer clicks your unique referral link
- They complete a purchase of an eligible JNM Football programme
- Their payment is successfully processed and they complete onboarding
Referrals are tracked automatically via UpPromote. JNM Football cannot manually attribute referrals made without use of your unique link.
4. Rewards
Eligible referrers will receive £100 cash per successful referral. There is no limit on the number of referrals you can make.
Rewards are paid following confirmation that the referred member has completed their purchase and onboarded successfully. JNM Football will contact you to arrange payment.
5. Invalid & Fraudulent Referrals
JNM Football reserves the right to withhold or reverse a referral reward where:
- The referral is self-generated (referring yourself or a connected party)
- The referred purchase is later refunded, charged back, or disputed
- There is evidence of fraudulent, manipulative, or dishonest activity
- The referral link was shared in a way that violates these terms or our general Terms and Conditions
Any attempt to manipulate the referral programme may result in removal from the programme and suspension of your membership without refund.
6. Programme Changes & Termination
JNM Football reserves the right to:
- Modify the reward amount, eligibility criteria, or referred member benefits at any time
- Suspend or discontinue the referral programme at any time
- Remove any member from the programme at our discretion
Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued participation following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
