Why do I still need a call if I've been referred?

Because we only take on players we can genuinely help. A referral gets you to the front of the queue - it doesn't bypass the check. The call takes 30 minutes and exists so we can assess your profile, passport, and goals properly before committing to work with you.

What happens on the intro call?

A 30-minute call with a JNM placement advisor. We review your current level, passport eligibility, and target markets. We walk through how the programme works in detail. If we're the right fit, we'll explain the options and pricing. If not, we'll tell you that clearly and honestly.

Do I need a CV or highlight reel before the call?

No. We build both for you as part of the programme. Just show up with your football history in your head - we'll handle the rest from there.

Which countries do you target?

JNM targets markets based on your profile, passport, position, and level. Common markets include Germany, Poland, Malta, Slovakia, Sweden, Serbia, and other European leagues with strong opportunities for international players. Your specific markets are agreed during the onboarding process.

What does the trial guarantee actually mean?

If you complete the programme - show up to sessions, submit materials on time, accept the trial opportunities we present - and we still haven't secured you a trial, we continue working with you at no extra cost until we do. Full terms are covered on the intro call.
