Introduction
Welcome to JNM Football. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (jnmfootball.com), our member app (JNM Player Portal), and any services we provide ("our services"). By accessing or using any of these, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our website, app, or services.
Throughout these terms, "you" and "your" refer to you, the person accessing our services. "JNM Football", "we", "us", and "our" refer to JNM Football. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
1. Our Services
JNM Football provides advisory, coaching, and networking services for footballers. We do not guarantee trials, contracts, or placement at any club. Success depends on individual performance and external factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify members where reasonably practicable.
2. Programme Access & Membership
Access to our programmes and member app is granted upon purchase of an eligible plan. Your access period begins on the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove access for any member who:
- Violates these Terms and Conditions
- Engages in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behaviour
- Misuses or attempts to redistribute our content or materials
Removal for the above reasons does not entitle the member to a refund.
3. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
All purchases are non-refundable. Please review programme details carefully before purchasing.
Where your plan includes a renewing subscription, it will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Written cancellation notice must be provided at least 14 days before your renewal date by contacting us at contact@jnmfootball.com or via your usual JNM Football WhatsApp contact.
Some plans may include a pause option for members unable to engage due to injury or personal circumstances. Pause requests are assessed individually — contact us at contact@jnmfootball.com to request one.
Some offers include a guarantee. Where stated conditions are not fulfilled within the programme period, the member will be entitled to a free extension of service until those conditions are met. Guarantee terms will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.

4. Referral Programme
Eligible members may participate in our referral programme and earn a cash reward for successful referrals. Participation is subject to the following:
- Only active members are eligible to refer
- A referral is only valid when the referred person completes a purchase through the member's unique referral link
- Rewards are paid following successful onboarding of the referred member
- JNM Football reserves the right to withhold rewards where fraudulent, self-referral, or otherwise invalid activity is suspected
- JNM Football reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time
Referral activity is tracked via UpPromote, our third-party referral platform.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, app, and within our programmes — including written materials, videos, training plans, design, layout, tools, and branding — is the intellectual property of JNM Football and is protected under UK copyright law.
You may access and use our content for your own personal development only. You must not:
- Reproduce, copy, or distribute our content for commercial purposes
- Share programme materials outside of your personal use
- Use our branding, name, or likeness without prior written permission
Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
