Luke joined us after being released from his USL 1 club in US (3rd tier). Whilst helping him prepare for trials, we got to work behind the scenes on networking.
Luke joined us when most transfer windows were closed, but not Armenia. Plus, Armenia has great foreign player rules. Given the fact that Luke wanted to play in the 1st division somewhere, competing against teams in the UEFA Conference League - Armenia was a great fit.
Luke impressed quickly at his trials, so we started negotiating with the club to secure him his multi-year professional contract.

Tommy, similar to Luke also trialed in Armenia. Unfortunately for Tommy, he was not offered a contract in Armenia.A lot of agents would leave their players after an unsuccessful trials, but not us.We then went to plan B, and found him a trial in Poland. After a successful trial, Tommy signed his contract there. Poland is also an excellent country for foreign players.

After getting scammed by a fake agent, Isaac was very skeptical of JNM Football - as he should.
It's very important you trust who you work with. Isaac was stuck in Portugal, just training and unsigned.
After joining JNM Football, we landed him two professional trials in Malta. One in the 1st division, and one in the 2nd.
Both clubs wanted his signature but he ultimately decided to go with the 1st division club. Where he singed a 1-year deal with an option to extend.

Rodrigo was playing in the UPSL league in the US (4th tier), where a majority of players have to pay to play.
Rodrigo got sick of this sytem and wanted a taste of professional football in Europe.
Soon after joining, he was packing his bags and flying to Slovakia for a trial. Rodrigo trialed with several clubs in Slovakia before finding the right fit for him.
