Refund & Cancellation Policy

As a subscription holder of our Professional Player Program, you can cancel your plan yourself after 3 months. If you would like to cancel your plan before this 3-month threshold - simply contact us and we will cancel/pause your plan.

Refunds cannot be provided for any digital product or online subscription outside of our 30-day refund policy for our Professional Player Program. This only applies to your first purchase, there is a strict no refund policy for subscription renewals (monthly payments after your first purchase).

Refunds for our Elite Coaching Program are strictly not offered. Due to the nature of how limited slots are, we often turn down new clients to prioritise our current list of active clients. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds to keep business afloat and continue to pay our staff and provide the utmost best service possible. 

If you order a physical product and it arrives damaged, we will send another copy free of charge.
