Subscription & Refund Policy

 

All subscriptions with JNM renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

 

Notice Requirement: Written notice of cancellation must be provided at least 14 days before your upcoming renewal date.

 

Cancellations received with less than 14 days’ notice will apply to the following billing cycle.

 

No refunds or partial refunds are issued for missed cancellations, late cancellations, or surprise charges.

 

Renewal terms, pricing, and cancellation requirements are clearly stated at checkout and in the signed agreement.

 

By continuing with your subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Physical Products (e.g. Journals, Kits)
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we’ll send you a free replacement. Please email us a photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your item.
