Professional Player Program (PPP 3.0)
Our PPP 3.0 subscription is fully flexible. You can cancel your monthly or 3-month plan at any time, for any reason.
Simply use the cancellation link in your confirmation email, or contact us directly and we’ll handle it for you.
No partial refunds are given for unused time — your access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Elite Program
The Elite Program is also a subscription-based service, and you may cancel it any time. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

We offer a 1-month guarantee on the Elite Program. If, within your first 30 days, JNM Football does not:

• Begin planning your personal journey,

• Build your step-by-step action plan,

• Start working with you toward actual football trial opportunities...

…you are entitled to a full refund under this guarantee.

After the first 30 days, no refunds are issued for the Elite Program — even if you cancel early.

Digital Products
All digital product purchases (e.g. programs, templates, journals) are non-refundable. These are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.

Physical Products (e.g. Journals, Kits)
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we’ll send you a free replacement. Please email us a photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your item.
