Refunds

All purchases made with JNM Football are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. We encourage all prospective members to review the programme details carefully before signing up, and to reach out with any questions prior to purchasing.

Cancellations

Where your offer includes a renewing subscription, you may cancel at any time by providing a minimum of 14 days' written notice before your next renewal date. Cancellation requests received with less than 14 days' notice may result in one final renewal payment being taken before the cancellation takes effect.

Once your cancellation has been processed, you will retain access to the programme until the end of your current paid period. No further payments will be taken after that point.

Pausing Your Programme

We understand that injuries, illness, or personal circumstances can sometimes make it impossible to engage with the programme. In these situations, members may request a pause on their programme for the duration of the affected period.

There is no fixed time limit on a pause - we will assess each request individually and work with you to find a fair solution.

Please include a brief explanation of your circumstances when getting in touch. We aim to respond to all pause requests within 48 hours. During a pause, your programme timeline will be extended by the equivalent amount of time, ensuring you receive the full value of your membership once you are ready to continue.

Programme Guarantees

Some JNM Football offers include a specific guarantee. Where a guarantee is attached to your programme and the stated conditions are not fulfilled within your programme period, you will be entitled to a free extension of your service until those conditions are met. The terms of any guarantee will be clearly outlined at the point of purchase.
