JNM Next Gen - Your Pathway to Professional Football
Your application was declined

You're under 18.
That's the only reason.

JNM Elite places players with professional clubs abroad. For most players, FIFA regulations prevent moving internationally for football before turning 18. Your application was declined on timing - not ability. The players who make it at 18 started preparing at 16. You're already here.

Why you were declined

It's not subjective.
It's a regulation.

FIFA Article 19 restricts players under 18 from moving internationally for professional football purposes. There are narrow exceptions - primarily for players moving within the EU/EEA to another EU/EEA country, or players whose family has relocated abroad for non-football reasons. For the vast majority of players applying to JNM, those exceptions don't apply.

JNM Elite places players with professional clubs abroad. Every player we work with has to be able to travel and sign immediately. Which means most applications from players under 18 will be declined - regardless of ability, highlights, or how strong the application was.

For most players, that's the only reason they were turned away. Not level. Not potential. A rule - and one that most players your age don't even know exists yet.

What this means for you

The years between
16 and 18 aren't
a waiting room.

Every player hitting that 18 age gate faces the same moment. The difference is what they did in the years before it. The players who succeed don't just turn up at 18 and start - they arrive knowing how agents work, what clubs look for, what trials actually involve, and exactly what their profile needs to look like.

Most players your age are training and hoping. JNM Next Gen gives you a specific plan and the education to execute it - so when you turn 18 and apply to Elite, you're not starting from zero. You're ahead.

What we're building

Three things that
change what happens at 18.

Your development plan

A plan built specifically for you - your position, your level, your country, your timeline. Exact milestones. The specific profile you need to hit by 18. Not generic advice - your roadmap.

Pro football education

Nathan paid thousands to a fake agent at 16.
JNM exists because of it.

No guidance. No roadmap. No idea how the industry worked. He went on to play professionally across 6 countries - England, Serbia, Hungary, Spain, Gibraltar, Sweden - by figuring it all out the hard way.

Next Gen is him putting that knowledge in your hands before you need it. 1,000+ players placed since 2019. 7 years of club relationships across 40+ countries.

Coming soon

We built this because
of players like you.

Over 1,000 players have come to JNM too early. For years we turned every one of them away with nothing - no guidance, no plan, no direction. Just "come back when you're 18." That stopped being acceptable. JNM Next Gen exists because of them - and because of you. Join the waitlist and you'll be first in line when we launch.

FAQ

Common questions.

Why was my application declined? +
Because you're under 18. JNM Elite works with players who are ready to move abroad for professional trials immediately. For most players, FIFA regulations restrict international moves for football before turning 18 - meaning most applications from players under 18 will be declined regardless of ability or application quality. There are narrow exceptions under Article 19 (primarily within the EU/EEA), but they apply to very few profiles. It isn't a judgment on your level. It's a regulatory issue.
Who is JNM Next Gen for? +
Players under 18 who are serious about pursuing a professional football career abroad. You don't need to be at academy level - you need to be genuinely committed to the goal and willing to do the work between now and 18.
How does the development plan get built? +
After you join, Nathan gets on a direct call with you - 30 minutes to understand your position, current level, country, and what you're working toward. Everything he learns in that conversation goes into building your plan. It's written specifically for you, not a template.
When does JNM Next Gen launch? +
We're building it now. Joining the waitlist guarantees you're first to know - and first in line when doors open. Waitlist members get priority selection of plans at launch.
How much will Next Gen cost? +
£195 one time. No subscription, no recurring fees. You pay once and keep everything - the development plan, the full education module, and access to the app. Price confirmed at launch for waitlist members first.
Does a parent need to be involved? +
For players under 16, yes - a parent or guardian must join the call and consent to the purchase. For players 16 and over, parental involvement is encouraged but not required. Safeguarding isn't optional at JNM.
What's the difference between Next Gen and JNM Elite? +
JNM Elite is the main programme - for players 18 and over, ready to go abroad for professional trials now. FIFA regulations prevent players under 18 from moving abroad for football, so Elite isn't available to you yet. Next Gen is how you prepare for it - so when you turn 18, you're ahead of everyone else applying.
What happens when I turn 18? +
You get priority access to apply for JNM Elite. Nathan already knows your profile from your plan. If you've executed the roadmap, you're entering the process significantly ahead of a player applying cold.
