We provide a dedicated parent hotline during every trial. We vet clubs for accommodation standards before any placement. We don't place players in markets or clubs we don't trust with our own network's reputation.

JNM Football was founded because one of our co-founders was scammed at 16. We know this industry's dark side better than most.

A guaranteed professional contract at a specific level. Football is competitive and outcomes depend on performance.
A placement in a top-5 league (Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga etc.) for players not already at that level.
A specific timeframe for a contract. Some players sign within weeks; others take multiple windows. We set realistic expectations clearly.
Miracles for players not ready. If your child isn't match-fit or at the right level, we'll tell you on the call rather than take your money.

Our Story
We were
also players.
JNM Football was founded by two brothers - Nathan and Josh Miles. Both played football professionally across six countries. Neither had an agent. Neither had connections. They figured it out the hard way.
At 16, Nathan paid thousands to a fake agent for a trial that never existed. Josh tore his ACL at the end of a breakthrough season. Both laying in recovery, starting from zero. Nathan opened a notebook and wrote the plan. By morning, JNM Football was live.
That experience shapes everything about how we operate. We know what it's like to be on the other side of this process - as a player, and as a family trying to make it work without being exploited.

For players under 18, parent or guardian involvement is required at every stage - not optional. Here's how we structure it.
🔒 Under-18 Policy
Any player under 18 cannot apply or proceed without a parent or guardian present on the intro call and involved throughout the programme. This is non-negotiable and built into our process.
📞 Parent Hotline
During every active trial, parents have direct access to a JNM team member via our hotline. You won't be waiting for email responses when your child is overseas.
🏨 Club Vetting
We vet every club before placement for accommodation standards, club reputation, and player welfare track record. We won't place a player somewhere we wouldn't send our own.

We only work with players we can genuinely help. The following are clear disqualifiers - not to be harsh, but to save everyone's time.

Your child is under 17. We work with players aged 17 and above. In most of our trial markets, players can only sign professionally from the age of 18 - so 17 is the minimum age to begin the programme in preparation for that transition.

Your child has no current competitive playing history. We work with active players - not those returning from long breaks or who haven't played at a competitive level.

You expect a top-5 league contract. No honest agency can guarantee that. If a company is promising it, walk away.

Your first question is purely about price. If budget is the primary driver, we're probably not the right fit. The right question is whether we can help your child.

My child is 17. Can they still apply?
+Yes, from age 17. Parent or guardian involvement is required throughout - not optional. You must be present on the intro call and involved in any programme decisions. We provide a full Parent Information Pack on request before the call.
How does the parent hotline work during a trial?
+When your child is on an active trial abroad, we provide direct contact details for a JNM team member. You can reach us by call or message throughout the trial period - not just during office hours. We also provide regular update check-ins so you're not waiting to hear news.
How do you vet the clubs you place players at?
+We have established relationships with clubs across our markets, built over 7+ years. Before any placement, we confirm accommodation standards, club stability, and the terms of the trial. We've removed clubs from our network in the past when standards weren't met. We only recommend placements we'd be comfortable with if it were our own family.
What are your fees and how do they work?
+We have two programme options - an 8-month plan and a 2-window plan. Pricing is discussed fully on the intro call. We do not take commission from clubs on contracts - our fee is paid by the player/family, and that's where our loyalty sits. No hidden costs, no success fees on top of programme fees.
How long does the process typically take?
+Our fastest trial-to-contract in 2025 was two weeks. The average is one to three months. Some players go through more than one trial before the right club is found. We set clear expectations on the intro call and do not make promises about specific timelines.
What if my child goes on trial and it doesn't lead to a contract?
+We debrief with the player and the club to understand the outcome. We then adjust the target market or profile approach and plan the next window. Our programme continues working with your child until we find the right fit - we don't disappear after the first trial doesn't work out.
Can I attend the intro call to hear everything myself?
+Yes - and for players under 18, we require a parent or guardian to be present. For players 18 and over, it's entirely optional but very welcome. Many parents choose to attend regardless of their child's age. The call is designed to answer your questions as much as your child's.
