Nathan and Josh co-founded JNM Football in 2019 with one clear vision: to level the playing field for ambitious footballers.

In just six years, more than 1,000 players have worked with JNM on a 1-on-1 basis to push towards their dreams. Together, Nathan and Josh have played a role in securing professional contracts across the globe - from Armenia, Malta, and Germany to the USA, Puerto Rico, and beyond.

Our mission is simple: give amateur players access to the same tools, support, and opportunities that professionals take for granted. At JNM, we believe no player should be held back by an unfair disadvantage - every footballer deserves the chance to compete on equal ground.
